Open the channel in Teams
Press ... next to the channel name, then Workflows.
Add the webhook workflow
Pick Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, press Next, then Add workflow.
Copy the link Teams shows you
Press Copy next to it. Keep it private, it lets anyone post to that channel.
